We have a two story townhome with two heating units/thermostats. Upstairs is okay and it is getting warm. Downstairs, it takes forever to heat up the rooms. Yesterday the temperature was 58 downstairs and it took approx. 3 hours to heat up the rooms to 72 (we have all hardwood floors downstairs, living room, guest br, open kitchen). Is that normal? What can be done to improve that? Is the system not powerful enough to take care of the space? Thanks.
