I don't have pressure in hot water through shutoff valves under the sink.

If it is only in 1 sink, the washer may have come off the stop valve and blocked the pipe. Turn off the water to the hot water heater, release the pressure and remove the valve. Look for a blocked hole. If that is the issue, replace with a 1/4 turn ball stop.
