Are you asking about changing your name in another Country and then coming to the US?

    Yes, you can.

If you're divorced and want to have your name change,
File form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, with $450 fee.

If your marital status remains the same but you want your name change, you need court order before filing I-90.
