Im not understanding how they can charge you for something you haven't done yet. What was the charge and where is this happening at?

If there is no crime then there is no charge of offense.

Thank you so much for the site. I was wondering, I do concur with what you said before, but I was looking for an authority. Are there any caselaws on that issue?

    Hello r:

We're missing something here... There's no legal system in the world that can contemplate a crime being committed in the future.

I DID see a cool movie recently, that dealt with that very subject... They had a police force called PRE-CRIME. They knew who was about to commit a crime and arrested him before he had a chance to do it... But, that was just a movie.

A movie of our future if things keep going the way they have been.

They are already working on it here and testing it.
