Need to ask, what/how do you know its on lockout mode? There is several things I`ve never heard of ,and this is one of them. The entire furnace if so equipped can go into lock-out, but not just the blower,I don`t think. The blower could overheat and seize up and posibly start back up when it has cooled down, only to seize up again when it gets hot. Which means normally it needs replaced,, let us know with more info
To reset furnace in lock-out you need to turn off power for a minute and turn back on,usually does it
