The best way to lose weight is to stop eating anything that's white -- sugar, flour, rice, potatoes (unless they're totally plain), corn syrup (read labels!! ), which means no more doughnuts, cookies, cake, pie, candy, soda (not even diet), bread -- plus don't eat canned foods. Eat only fresh vegetables and fruits, small servings of chicken or fish. Drink two full eight-ounce glasses of water each time before you eat anything.
