    96 hondacivic stalled while driving,no turn signals
    My 96 civic dx stalled while driving, will not restart, no hazards or turn signals, just cranks over,its only 25 degrees out and was running/ driving for 30 minutes prior to this.
    Oh when keey is on position 2 only seetbelt and brake lights are on no check enginelight

    Did the CEL burn out? If the CEL worked normally, I would say replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

    That is a good question one I just don't know, I did try and unscrew the main relay " i had the ignition in #2 and the turn signal on and it all of the sudden started blinking" when I turn the key on there is no klick or any other sound in that area at all. This is a borrowed car as my tdi nuked its turbo, so I am not used to this car. It has 120,000 miles and is a spare car. The cap rotar coil plugs etc were just replaced less than 2000 miles ago.

    The ICM and coil are inside the distributor. Go to AutoZone.com for a picture of your ICM.
