I have a Goodman PHK060-1 heat pump. Just recently I have been having a delay after the unit fires up. The outdoor blower starts, and the indoor blower starts anywhere from virtually instantly to five minutes later. Generally speaking, it *seems* like the longer since it has run (and possibly colder), the longer the delay.

Here's a link to the parts for this model. I'm thinking this part is defective and should be replaced. I'd appreciate some advice.
