I have plans to take over my dad's businesses but after my first 2 contracts I acquired Ive had a hard time getting any more contracts. Do you have any ideas on how to get more contracts and how to market/advertise the company

Do you already have experience? Did you work for your father, in what capacity?

Were you in the sales end of it as you say that you did get two contracts?

Is the a residential or commercial cleaning company or both?

Have you asked your father for help? And I am curious, if the business is successful why is he giving it up?

How old and established is the company and in what state are you located (US?)

I realize these are quite a few questions, some will help me assess your experience and some are just a curiosity?
