The doctor gave us an ointment which did not work... the lachrymal area is always with a red/brown color, like old blood... Each time I ask her she says it might be an allergy... Sorry, but we really can't give an accurate diagnosis. If the vet thinks it's allergies than I'm surprised she hasn't ordered allergy testing after 2 months of this.
