Can two people on probation reside in the same household?

I believe so... or halfway houses wouldn't be able to exist.

Check, but usually PO's don't allow it unless you were together before convictions, and you weren't involved on the same crime together.

It will also depend if the person is on probation from a felony or a misdemeanor.

Normally felons can not live together without permissin
