    I believe so... or halfway houses wouldn't be able to exist.

    There MIGHT be restrictions depending on the type of offense you were convicted of...

    What State was this in? State laws can vary.

    Check, but usually PO's don't allow it unless you were together before convictions, and you weren't involved on the same crime together.

    It will also depend if the person is on probation from a felony or a misdemeanor.

    Normally felons can not live together without permissin
