There is no order in place but he was violent towards me in front of older child from pervious relationship. He has not seen my son since he was 3 months old and he now 6 I got lot of trouble from him and want him out of are lives as he has starting contacting school as well.

In regards to the violence, did you contact the police? Were charges filed?
