    How do I take rights away from a deadbeat father?
    My son is now 2 and his father is wanting to come in and out of his life and I don't want that life for my child. My son calls my boyfriend dad and he don't even no his real dad. His father and I never really was together and he is not on his birth certifiate as his father all there is to prove he is the father is an DNA test but he is ordered to pay child support but he doesn't how can I get his rights taking away or can I even do that?

    If he was ordered to pay support then he is the legal father so there is more than just a DNA test.

    Normally no you can not "take" away his rights, he may be willing to sign them over if after you get married your new husband wants to adopt.
