How to help Thumb heal when it's not broken but it hurts for months?
I damaged myself doing office work. Paper work, flipping through pages fast and turning them over fast. At the time, I just felt a little painful moment andignored it.. but now it's months later and it hurts plenty.. when:
1. I type and even if I don't use the thumb(left) as the hand moves and the thumb follows.
2. doing moves where I have to move thumb quickly
3. pulling or picking papers quickly
Is there anything I can do to help it heal?
