My wife and I have been married 6 years, and we have a 4-year-old son. My wife plans to divorce me and take my son and move to a foreign country. She is not a US citizen and prefers to be in her home country. Can she collect child support from that foreign country? If she goes to court here to get a judgement and then moves out of the country, is the child support still payable?
