Hi I have a problem with my 1992 Honda Civic, When the car warms up if you stop at a stop sign or a stoplight the idle drops and sometimes dies, also when the car gets hot it WON'T start. Could this be the ECM? If so how could I test it to see if it is? Thanks-Matt

It doesn't sound like and ECM problem at all. It sounds more like the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and/or coil are bad. Here's how to replace them:
