Our delta monitor tub faucet leak hot water very badly. We tried replacing the seats and springs but it didn't help.
Are now waiting for the faucet "guts" to come in the mail. If this doesn't work any suggestions?

Did you call Delta to send you the cartridge assembly, if not call them and they will send you new cartridge for free, once the cartidge is removed ask some one to turn on the water for a few seconds to flush out all the debris out of the faucet and install the new cartidge, for more info open the PDF file below will show how to remove and install the cartridge, good luck.
