    Is it genital herpes?
OK, I'm going to try to make this as short and sweet as possible.

I have been tearing my brain apart for months over this small group of 3 flesh colored lumps on the base of my penis shaft, almost to where the penis meets the pubic area. Over time these lumps have NOT broken, DO NOT have any red coloration around them, nor to they hurt or itch.

Over time I have also closely examined them to find they feel sort of like skin tags, and I know that this is a no-no, but I was shaving down there and slid the razor over them just to see if I could remove them myself, no luck, they just bled and bled and bled and bled, kind of like if you pluck off a skin tag.

Is this genital herpes? Is this genital warts? HPV?

With seeing a doctor at this current time completely out of the question, I have nowhere else to turn. Please help me..

Oh and yes I am sexually active and I am 21 years old.

You need to see a doctor. If you don't have insurance you need to find a free or inexpensive clinic, or emergency rooms have to see and treat you even if you can't pay.

It could be a lot of different things but whatever it is, nobody online can diagnosis and nothing short of going to a doctor will lead to getting rid of it.

Avoid sex until you know what this is and get a an all clear on your health.

Didn't you get an answer to this question back in May or is this a different problem?

If you are in the US, there are county health clinics almost everywhere , go get yourself checked,

Or wait for it to fall off and just mail it to the doctor

Well sorry for the late reply, but as I was shaving down there, I ran over it with the razor, and they bled a lot and became pretty sore, but after about 3 days, they went to being almost flush with the skin, painless and shrank in size, so I'm thinking it was some sort or viral infection that is slowly going away, if they start getting bigger again, I will seek out a free clinic somewhere, thanks for you replys..

And p.s. FR_Chuck... can you really mail that to a doctor? Lol

Ah, if they shrunk and went away it could very well be herpes and you were having an outbreak at the time.
