I have a 66 unit panel, each need 114KVA. My question is, can I use a same breaker for all unit, or I should use a separate breakers for each unit or for for some of them?

I have actually 66 units panel. Each panel should used for 4 segments and each segment have 30 motors.
So, each unit panel should have enough power for 120 motors.
The load for each motors is (0.5 hp, 480v).

I have no idea what your talking about.

Units? I asked you don't explain.

"Each unit panel... power for 120 volt motors"

Then, "load for each motors is (0.5 hp, 480v)"
