Entire cluster stopped working and now car won't start. 95 honda civic ex manuel. I changed the all fuse's and changed the main relay nothing changed sounds like its going to start but never engage's. I returned the relay thinking it was maybe the ecm I replaced the computer and now that's where I'm at and still no change no check engine light no start> only lights that come on the cluster are battery and SRS.
