OK so, I met this girl only a week ago. We have hung out everyday since then and we really connect. She's everything I've ever wanted in a woman (I'm REALLY picky). However she has a boyfriend of 8 months (I knew this) who is in the army for at least another 4 years, but she says she really loves him. We talked last night for 3 hours about this situation and to make it simple we like each other and if she wasn't dating him it would be different but she doesn't want to mess things up with him and is scared that if we try to be "friends" we will slip up, and so I guess we aren't going to talk anymore.

So my questions are... Does she truly love him if she likes me?. also, what should I do? Should I just leave it alone or continue to try to talk to her?

So he is away in military, she is lonely perhaps and needed a friend, or was missing sex and had cosidered boyfriend on the side while he is gone.

Well. Neither of us are having sex (again, recently saved, me and her) until we are married. So that's not a problem. But what I think that is that if she truly loves him then she would have never had these feelings for him in the first place. Right?
