    Honda civic 1994 se ( doent go more than 70 km/h ) ?
    I have honada civic 94 se .
    The problem is I have to push the gas all the way to the end to go faster but still car doesn't go over 70 km/h
    Is there any one can help me with this problem

    Try replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:
