Am 30 years old and I have a problem during sex with my girl friend. I'll ejaculate immediately and I stop making sex immediately. And this is really strange for my Girl friend. I sometimes ejaculate before starting sex and my interest to sex goes falls immediately. Can any body help me on how to stay long on sex with my friend so that I can satisfy her interest?
Why stop?
Here is a thought for you. Men take about 10-30min to recharge and be ready for sex again. So you get started and ejaculate quickly. Let it happen. Spend the time until you get another erection pleasuring your woman. Oral play, oral sex, rubbing, and all the fun stuff we usually refer to as ForePlay.
The result is that you'll have a woman who will be REALLY turned on and a fresh erection that will last longer because you haven't been stimulating it.
In time you will be able to get a good sexual session with your first erection but you'll need to train yourself to do that.
As for why this is happening? You're getting too excited. You see the sex and the nakedness and the boobies and nakedness and the thought of it all drives you closer to the release. Chances are you are also unwittingly stimulating yourself by 'grinding' your 'organ' into things. Dry humping I believe is the term. Stop doing that. Don't stop the foreplay though. Just make sure you aren't self-stimulating..
If all this fails. Talk to your doctor about premature ejaculation.
A guy friend of mine said that its easier to last longer during sex if he's on top, so he can control himself.
