My bivis mps 20e heater shows error code 30 which won't reset. The main controller says FAN LIMP. We replaced the fan speed sensor under the fan but to no avail. What is the problem, is it user fixable, if I need a brivis service will they bring the right parts? We are in a remote area. Can you advise? Thanks Martin.

Hi Martin. I have exactly the same problem! Did you find a solution? Where did you buy the spare part from (fan speed sensor)? Was it easy to replace? I really don't want to pay $220 just to get Brivis out (plus parts and labour!! ). You can email me [email protected]
