Ok, listen, the front load washers are a more sophisticated type of equipment than a normal top loader. Your reason could be a couple of things

Rep me if you can lol. Anyway, what you need to do is to drain the washer completely, turn off the water lines, disconnect them.
Then turn the washer onto a couch or anything with an incline, DO NOT turn on side. It could **** up the machine. Look under and check every hose. I honestly would bet money on it that a hose is leaking. Draining the water.
After you do all of this and reconnect everything, let me know if I solved your problem.
