Outside unit kicks on- generates cool air-ok, good. Inside handler does not kick on, motor dead? Can I reset it, thermosat is fine...

Wondering,if the inside handler doesn`t kick on,how do you know the unit is generating cool air?

Never seen a reset on blower motor, set the tstat to fan/fan on,does blower work then? Let us know
