The AC did not turn on this year. Even when you turn the fan mode to on, the fan does not come on. We had a high efficiency Goodman furnace installed in December 2008 and it has a control board which I am not used to having. Is it possible the fuse went out on the furnace and that is what is causing the problems?

Do you have a Humidistat?
Does anything work?
Is their anything on the display?
Are Breakers on?

The breakers inside and outside are on. The fan set to "on" does not work and neither does the AC. I found the manual after I sent this and realized it has display control that will provide some answers for the heat. Not sure if it will help with the air conditioning. Since it is an outside entrance, I have had the opportunity to go down and see how to get to the display.

Does your Auto work, and is anything in the Display?

Check for a fuse or any LED lights on the PC board
