My manager is a girl and she is like my really good friend I've worked with her for a year and we always talk about relationships but she has a boyfriend... on fridays or saturdays I will call her and eventually go out with her every other Friday or Saturday to a club she always wants me 2 and we have a lot of fun together.. with her boyfriend there... what does that mean?? does she like me or what??

She likes you as a friend and co worker and that's it. Isn't that enough? Just because someone is friendly and gives you attention doesn't mean they are looking for romance, especially if she has a boyfriend.

She may or may not have feelings for you. But sometimes, when we have strong feelings for another person, we twist their actions, especially friendly gestures, into thinking that they feel something more than a simple friendship.

I think clubbing, drinking with a girl you like as more than a friend who has a boyfriend is a recipe for trouble.. Stop the clubbing. Is that all young people do today? Go to the movies or to a nice dinner.

I think she may like you as an employee and workplace friend, however, I think she may be trying to be nice on the outings.

Who brings up going out to a club first, you or her? I notice you say that you call her on Fridays or Saturdays, but it is every other weekend (at most?) that you join them. At the club, does she try to get you to look at other people or invite them over to where you are forming a group? Does her boyfriend?
