I was 18 turning 19 when I meet the mother of my 1 year old son. I was in college with no work experience. She was 37 years old with 5 other boys, the oldest is 3 years younger than me. I have no relationship with her or the child and I want to give up my paternity rights because my life is ruin. The mother also is bisexual and she is making my life hell in Tennessee. It was a one night stand or a setup. Will I still have to pay child support if I give up my paternity right ? Pick up your manhood, go to Court and file for custody - one night stand or not YOUR CHILD (and the Court will do DNA testing) deserves better than this.
