Eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruit, and lean meats. Consult your doctor too for any advice! Try to exercise regularly. And eat in moderation.

I'm 5'3, and a normal weight average is between 120-140 for that height (the lower end being for smaller frames, the higher end for larger frames)
