What is the best kind of multivitamin for women to take?
    Hi again!

I am taking the One a day for woman's multivitamin, but I am thinking about quitting them. Reason why, they pills that I got are SO big and very hard for me to swallow. Like, I choke trying to get them down. So, to make them go down easier I've been chewing them. NASTY I TELL YOU! Something I don't want to have to keep going through everyday.

I was thinking about taking the flinstones vitamins... but I don't know.

    Any advice?

Most people get enough vitamins by eating a varied diet and do not need to take a vitamin supplement. If you think you still need vitamins, Flinstones will work the same as other multivitamins. Check the bottle for the correct dose.

Yea. The only difference with Women's One a Day and the Flinstones vitamins is that the One a Daysupports breast health and the Flinstones don't.

Is chewing pills OK? Like, do they work the same as people who swallow them?
