I have quotes for Kenmore (ICP/Carrier ?), Goodman, Century, & Carrier.

Any suggestions based on RELIABILITY, ease of maintenance, parts availability, performance, etc.?

The prices vary somewhat - Goodman being the least expensive.

I am looking at propane - "2-stage" - 95% efficiency - some with two heat exchangers - no air conditioning needed (northern lower Michigan location).

Helpful experience and suggestions are needed.

Never buy goodman! If these are your choices I would go with carrier, but it all depends on how good the installer is, and the warranty you are going to get.
