I would like to ask all of you to write two sales objections that you've heard in sales or customer service.
Two of mine are:
1. They will resist doing it.
2. I'm not comfortable with that idea yet.

Too busy
I need to confer with the board
Too expensive
Not interested now, maybe later
I already have that with a preferred vendor
Our system is different
Call me back in six months
Send me all your literature first...
I'll call YOU.
Why are you different, I don't want to change now after so many years with our present company?
I don't know you or your company
I don't have time now
This is not a priority
Many, many more...
I realize that all of the above are not direct objections but they are 'stoppers.'
