Briggs and stratton 10A902 pull start pawl ratchet
I have a 4hp Briggs & Stratton push mower model 10A902, and the starter housing came loose, which caused the starter gear to disengage. When I looked inside I see a starter gear which looks like a tiny "bunt cake" pan, and sitting inside where two small white plastic pieces (I latter found out they are the pawl ratchets. What I have not been able to find, is how to put this back together (if in fact I can do that). The small white pawl ratchets are supposed to make contact with the starter gear and turn the rotor when the starter rope is pulled, but without the pieces in their correct position, when the starter rope is pulled, it doesn't engage anything so I can't start the mower.

I have tried looking on the web and Youtube etc. but have not been able to find anything other than a printed parts manual. I would appreciate any help.
