    200 amp disconnect
If you have the typical 400 amp service with two 200 amp disconnects on a panel for your service and you have installed your 5/8 copper ground rod and installed the solid copper wire to the meter panel should you also run a solid ground wire from each disconnect panel to the meter panel ? The meter panel and the two disconnects are mounted on a wooden panel and connected together with electrical rated pvc conduit

No ground wire is needed between the meter and the two disconnects.

The neutral bar in the enclosure that contains a disconnect(s) must be bonded to the metal can of the enclosure. The grounding electrode conductor from the ground rod(s) can connect to the neutral either in the meter or at the disconnect(s).

From the disconnect(s) to the circuit breaker panelboard(s) will need an equipment grounding conductor.
