The blower does not run even in manual on a ducane furnace

Could be control board, capasitor, or motor itself. Does it even make a humming noise??

I put another motor in an another capacitor. No hummering sound. I put thermostat on manual still no response.

Sounds like you need a new control board. Check to see if it is putting 115 volts out to the motor.
