Whoa.. sorry to hear that.. if you are even seriously considering leaving someone you've been with a year for someone you know frm work, then you should let him know before you hurt him any worse.. but a word of caution.. before you do this think thoroughly.. once its done, it is not easily forgiven or forgotten..

For starters if you really like the guy be prepared to quit your job. Because mixing it up with fellow employees is a no no in most companies. Also it doesn't make a lot of sense either. Way too much drama. You should break up with your boyfriend because its obvious that you can't be faithful anymore. So don't keep stringing him along. Its not fair to him at all.

Dating a co worker is and has always been a no no on the job. If you decide to go for it, you should least tell your boyfriend.
