I just had a baby February 1, I understand gaining weight is all part of the experience, but I never thought I'd end up gaining almost 50 lbs. With the new baby I don't really have time or the energy to go running, and I'm breast feeding so I can't take any pills. And I'm still not supposed to lift anything too heavy because of complications with my c-section incision. It's been over a month now, I'm going crazy cause I don't know how to get this weight off! Suggestions please!!
