How do I go about sign my rites over to a child?
My daughter was taken by her dad. I have not been able to contact or see her for 5mths. I had filed childsuport on her he said he wast not paying the child support on her so he took her.I don't have the money for an attorney to fight back. Ive been fiting this for the last 5mths. Legal aide denied me said they didn't have an attorny for this kind of case. I just want out. Ive done what I could and I have fought for as much as I could and I'm not getting over there. He said to sighn my rites.. and I have considered it. So what can I do?

You know this sad of a mother, I wish you could just sign over your "rights"
A rite is a religious activity.

But you can't, what custody agreement is there in court, that is the first thing, not money in child support, if you already had a custody agreement in place, then he has kidnapped the child and you call the police,

Yes I really no right to be speaking on a legal board, but I was thinking the same thing.

Common sense is often more valuable than legal experience!

That's one trap door I'd like to open!
