I'm replacing an old 2 wire thermostat with a Hunter (#44155C
I'm replacing an old thermostats with a new Hunter Thermostat (44155c), when I removed the old thermostat there are two wires a red one and a black one. The new thermostat has G,Rc,Rh,Y/O,W/B,Y1 with a jumper on Rc and Rh. Where should I connect the two wires coming from the wall?

Black-Rh, white-W. for now, only for heating is OK. You should replace the signal wire, if you replace a new furnace or want to control fan.
