Paperwork to terminate fathers parental rights. I live in West Virginia he lives in Arkansas. He only seen our daughter one time he wants to give up rights. She is nine.

Had you read it first as instructed, you might have asked your question differently.

So he wants to give up his rights, he can't, not unless you are remarried and have a new husband who wants to adopt.

Courts seldom take away rights, esp if he is just not visiting. And of course why do you care, he is not visiting, so he is not using his rights anyway.

Sounds like he merely is looking for a way out of paying child support. Just make sure he is paying
