    You don't have the proper privilege level to change the system time
    When I double click on the date&time toolbar it is showing "you don't have the proper level privillage to change the time. Have any solution for this?

    When I double click on the time on right coner of the toolbar in windowsxp it showing "you don't hve the proper level privillage to change the time" Do have any solution for this?

    It is opening in admin mode

    Your details not necessary.
    If it is a client system of domain,then only admin as right.
    "YOU CAN LOGIN AS LOCAL ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS COMPUTER AND CHANGE TIME"
    OR
    Type in command prmpt "net stop w32time" and then "net start w32time" to correct your time
