    My honda civic has a new alter and starter and I'm losing power some where
    I have a 95 honda civic that was losing power and I got a new alter and starter but when I put them in my car still didn't start I also had to get a new battery so I did and then we push started it and it ran but still had the promblem to started then my starter was making a griding noise so I taken it out again and try my friend and it work fine but then my car didn't want to really start it was like sounding like a low battery I really need help I have taken to many days off from work to fix it and temp,tac and speed odometer jump to 130 miles and hour when to start

    If the Check Engine Light comes on and then goes off after two seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), focus on the distributor. Usually, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil solves the problem:

    If the problem persists, one or more internal distributor sensors (CKP, CYP, or TDC) are damaged. Since these sensors are unserviceable, you will need to replace the distributor housing (Honda only) and install your new ICM and coil. Here's how to replace the distributor:

    Alternatively, to save money, check your local salvage yard for a complete distributor.

    Will it start but it really low start like it dying and nothing else was and I have replace that

    Everything new really I spend a lot of money I can push start it with no problem at all
