I'm not sure I understand the question. My aunt has had to step in and pay my cousins rent more than once. It never had any effect on my cousin's lease terms that it was her money paying the rent rather than his. Did your landlord say anything to you to make you think they were OK with you ending your lease? (even if he says anything, you should also get it in writing) and what are "bad" conditions?
