    Hansa shower valve
I installed a Hansa shower valve in a bath remodel recently. After the tile was installed I installed the trim kit. The deverter does not shift the water from tub to shower. Is this a problem that anyone else has incountered? How much water pressure does it take to make this diverter work properly?
    Thanks, Mike

I assume you have Knob on top of the spout which transfers water from spout to shower head . Correct ?
Or do you have diverter built into the trim plate?
Or is it individual diverter with handle someplace on the wall ?

In all 3 cases - no, it is not normal. Tell me what type of diveter you have and we'll take it from there. Picture would be great help, too...

    Milo Hi.
The diverter on my Hansa valve is a separate valve than the mixer. It is located under the mixer valve which is where the trim handel will be connected. So the trim diverter knop you pull out to divert to shower is located below the on / off , cold/hot handel. Can't take a picture till I'm at that job again.
