I as a mother would like to give all rights to the father. He is listed as father on birth cert. I never wanted the baby but he did I agreed to have the baby but would like to move on. He is a good person and willing to fully support the child he just wants some protection that he can make all decisions. And if he ever was to get married he would like for his new partner to be able to adopted.

You can give him full legal and phsycial custody, You can NOT ask for any visit or any custody level.

He could ask for child support, but you will have to trust him that he will not.

Then if and when he is married and wants to adopt, he will have you sign your rights to allow the adoption.
