I can't get my State "Censible" 510E restarted after draining it and installing seismic braces. What should I do besides opening up the water supply and turning on the power supply? It's about 30 yearold.

I told you my water heater problem shown above. I want you to answer my problem.
Why do do you want me to "answer this question" ?

Hey! No one's answered as yet. Why so huffy?
You installed earthquake braces? Where do you live? When you drained your heater was the power left on? Do you have a volt meter so you can trace the power? Start at the breaker box and check to see in you have power to the thermostats.
Now push the red button on the upper thermostat. Still no luck? Then check the elements. Along the way one of the above should check bad. A 30 year old heater is way past its prime. Average life is about 8 years. Good luck, Tom
