In the state of Georgia if a father decides to teminate his parental rights, is he still obligated to pay child support
In GA a father can not decide to terminate his rights, I do not know a court in GA that would allow a father to do this. But if they did, he still has to pay child support.
The only exception is for a step parent to adopt, in those cases he can sign his rights away for the adoption to take place
