    92 civc turns-over no start
Car running fine day before. Absolutely no issues, went to start next morning no start.
Went to check spark with my spark testor and found three of the four spark plug tubes half full with oil. Took valve cover off replaced tube seals. Thinking this may be shorting out plugs I thought that was it. After numerous ckecks found on grease monkeys post I still have no spark. PLEASE! Someone help

If you have faith in those results, which I don't, the next step is to replace the distributor housing. I only recommend using a genuine Honda housing. All of this presupposes that your CEL does not just stay on.

Do you think the oil had anything to do with it or was it just a coincidence.

If your spark plugs and spark plug wires are in good shape, it's likely coincidental.

To keep the cost down, you may want to call your local salvage yard and see if they have a complete Honda distributor from a relatively low mileage Civic.

They want over 100$ for those two parts that's why I was reluctant too change them since they said they were good I'm going to take your advise and check salvage yards. Thanks again
